The actress is reportedly planning to return to a film set by the second half of 2027 and is actively looking for the right script, something that is worth her time. For the same, she seems interested in exploring streaming projects that could provide better opportunities for actors.”

The report further suggests that Katrina is not rushing into signing any project. Instead, she is looking for a role that aligns with her present priorities, both as an actor and as a mother. Sources indicate that she wants to make a meaningful return and is being highly selective about the scripts coming her way.

If Katrina eventually signs a web film or series, it will mark her debut in the OTT space, as none of her projects so far have premiered directly on streaming platforms.
